1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By accessing, registering on, or using the jeta96 platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1.2 jeta96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement regularly.

1.3 These Terms & Conditions apply to all areas of the Platform, including but not limited to the casino, sports betting, lottery, live dealer games, and any promotional or bonus offerings.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the jeta96 Platform. By completing the registration process, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. jeta96 may request documentary evidence of your age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.

2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the Platform. jeta96 does not warrant or represent that access to or use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. If online gambling is illegal where you are located, you must not use the Platform.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of your account information at all times. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances held.

2.4 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the jeta96 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. jeta96 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any winnings associated with them.

2.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jeta96 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jeta96 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The list of available payment methods may change from time to time at jeta96's sole discretion.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and player account status.

3.3 Currency. All transactions on the jeta96 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) unless otherwise stated. Amounts in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Player.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes following completion of the applicable KYC verification. jeta96 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. jeta96 shall not be liable for delays caused by the Player's payment service provider.

3.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. Funds sourced from unlawful activity, third-party accounts, or credit facilities obtained for the purpose of gambling are prohibited. jeta96 reserves the right to return funds to their source and close any account where the origin of funds is questionable.

3.6 Inactive Account Fee. An account that has recorded no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. jeta96 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to the remaining balance of dormant accounts, provided the Player has been notified by email at least 30 days in advance.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Eligibility. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits offered by jeta96 are subject to specific terms and conditions that apply to each individual promotion. These promotion-specific terms are published alongside the relevant offer and form part of this Agreement by reference.

4.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

4.3 Bonus Abuse. jeta96 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit, exploiting software errors or loopholes, or any other method designed to manipulate bonus terms. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated funds may be forfeited.

4.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions. jeta96 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any bonus funds already credited to a Player's account at the time of withdrawal or modification will be honoured under the original terms of the promotion.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Random Number Generation. All casino games offered on the jeta96 Platform — including slots, table games, and lottery draws — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by jeta96 or any Player.

5.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, jeta96 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the Player's account. jeta96 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from a malfunction, and no winnings shall be paid in respect of a round that has been voided.

5.3 Sportsbook Rules. Sports betting markets are governed by jeta96's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the Sportsbook Rules, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail in respect of sports betting matters.

5.4 Collusion and Cheating. Any form of collusion, chip dumping, use of automated software (bots), exploitation of game vulnerabilities, or other dishonest conduct is strictly prohibited. jeta96 employs advanced fraud detection systems and reserves the right to immediately suspend any account suspected of such activity, pending investigation.

6. Responsible Gaming

6.1 jeta96 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All registered Players have access to deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. These tools are accessible from the account settings area of the Platform.

6.3 jeta96 reserves the right to impose account restrictions on any Player who displays signs of problem gambling, including but not limited to: requesting removal of self-imposed limits shortly after setting them, making repeated large deposits in quick succession, or contacting support in a manner suggesting distress related to gambling losses.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 jeta96 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account, and to void and confiscate any balance held, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, provision of false registration information, suspected fraud or money laundering, exploitation of software errors, bonus abuse, or failure to comply with a KYC or AML request.

7.2 A Player may request closure of their account at any time by contacting jeta96 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification.

7.3 Where an account is closed as a result of a Player's own self-exclusion request, jeta96 will not re-open the account during the agreed exclusion period regardless of any subsequent request from the Player to reverse the exclusion.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the jeta96 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, game assets, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of jeta96 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission from jeta96.

8.2 The jeta96 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on third-party websites, social media, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The jeta96 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeta96 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 jeta96 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jeta96 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 In no event shall jeta96's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 jeta96 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 jeta96 employs industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform's servers. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and jeta96 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jeta96 is incorporated and licensed as an offshore gambling operator.

11.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact jeta96 customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. jeta96 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any dispute within 14 business days of receipt of a written complaint.

11.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in jeta96's country of incorporation.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Sportsbook Rules, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and jeta96 with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

12.2 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver. No failure or delay by jeta96 in exercising any right under this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of that right, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right preclude any further exercise of that or any other right.

12.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are drawn up in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
